CHAPTER FIFTY THREE
"I am trying to sell some tickets to our fellow students just as you said." Anita replied, looking quite innocent and clueless.

Patricia snatched the tickets from Anita's hands.

"What are you doing Patricia? That is uncalled for!" Anita was surprised.

"I did say that you should sell the tickets, but I meant that you should sell it to reasonable human beings, people that have some worth and also have things going on well for them, not this deadbeat college pauper of a person." Patricia said vehemently while looking disdainfully at Victor.

Victor did not see that coming. Ever since the breakup, he believed that Patricia would at least be civilised and avoid him.

However, Patricia's recent statement really struck a nerve on Victor and funny enough, most of the students, instead of focusing on the purchase of the tickets, turned their attention to Patricia's verbal exchange with Anita.
