Five days later, Romeo found solace in his early morning routine, attempting to break the morning sweat by keeping kit.

He positioned himself for some push-ups.

He began vigorously, moving up and down in a synchronised motion. He went really fast, fully determined to make the most out of the workout

As he engaged in push-ups, memories of his daughter flashed vividly through his mind, and as a result at the two-hundredth repetition, fatigue started to weaken his arms.

The pain of losing his child cascaded within his thoughts, tears rolled from his cheeks.

He began to see the completion of this routine as a daunting task and as such, he wanted to give up.

Instantly, he shook his head. "No..I got to go on!" He grunted.

Suddenly, an overwhelming surge of determination flooded his thoughts.
