CHAPTER 40

As he exited the Alkright hotel, the young man put his bag at the back of his vehicle, entered the drivers seat and zoomed off.

After about twenty five minutes drive, he reached a site afterwhich he alighted from his vehicle and he made his way into an uncompleted skyscraper.

The building was put on hold for four months now, and as the man with the red-striped suit discreetly navigated the labyrinthine corridors, his every step seemed purposeful.

The hushed whispers of his clothing against the carpet echoed in the silence of the skyscraper's uppermost floors.

The dimly lit passageways concealed his movements, and he moved with the precision of someone familiar with every nook and cranny.

Reaching the top floor, he found a secluded spot, away from prying eyes. With a calculated grace, he set down the bag.

The red stripes on his suit reflected a hint of danger as he methodically unzipped the case.
