The stronghold’s location wasn’t hard to find; the Dominion was bold, flaunting its power. The structure loomed ominously on the city’s outskirts—a fortress-like building guarded by menacing figures who moved like shadows. Dexter counted at least a dozen guards, each armed to the teeth. They weren’t ordinary foot soldiers; the Dominion had sent its best.
