‘I’m still exhausted, but at least my body doesn’t ache as much anymore…’
Removing his hand from his forehead, he looked around, however, the only thing that he could see was a single light source above him. Everything else around him was pitch black.
‘If that’s a hole, I must have fell through it and ended up here. Does that mean this is a cave under the city?’
“Uhhh, I hate caves.” Lucien groaned as he stood up.
‘Oh! My hands are free. Whatever caused that hole to open must have cut these restraints as well…”

Seeing Alisha’s dead body on the ground, Lucien turned back towards the battle still going on between the revolutionary army and the Monarch’s forces. ‘Now to take care of the rest…’ Lucien’s eyes glowed as he raised his right arm and extended his hand with his fingers spread out.
