"How about we all donate an amount to Logan and Nora to show our appreciation?"

"The amount shouldn't be less than 10,000 bucks Jace said.

"The rest nodded and said, "Yes, this is the best way to thank Nora and Logan for the love they've shown to us."

In reality, Jace actually brought up this idea just to intimidate Oliver. Since he said he wasn't working, it meant he would not be able to afford that amount.

Even though they themselves weren't as rich as Logan or Nora, 10,000 bucks wasn't anything big in their eyes.

Oliver, who had seen through Jace's plan, smirked lightly but said nothing.

"No, this isn't needed; this is just from my heart; how can I take money from you people?" Logan said.

"Yes, Jace, you're all my good friends; there's no need to show any appreciation for our friendship." Moreover, we aren't short of cash, right?" Nora also said
