Astra remembered the promise she made to Mita which she doesn't want to break. She also thought that Kira, with his knowledge, would be of help at the human federation base.

But if i must continue with my plan to escape, i can't tell Kira everything. Over the last three years, I have learnt not to trust anybody, especially not the son of the must heartless human being i have ever seen. Astra thought

"alright. I will go with you when am going, but henceforth, you will do as i say and do things only when i tell you to do them. I can't give any chance to be caught" Astra told Kira.

Kira couldn't hide his excitement when he found out that he will be leaving Rigasa. Not just that, he will be going to see the role model he had never seen, Carter. And this will be an opportunity for him to learn even more, perhaps build his first perfectly working robot with the help of Carter.
