From above them, a long vine with hundreds of needle sharp spikes swing itself down in their direction, as Astra studies it, she noticed that it was long enough to reach them from the roof of the forest and although it was covered in spikes that can skewer a person if they hit them; she noticed an even bigger thing about the vines she should watch out for.

Each of them stood in place and watched the vine miss them. The tip of the vine is accumulated into a thick round ball shaped structure that both carry much of the vine’s weight and help it gain momentum when it swings.
