9.4.1: TRIAL 1

As soon as they entered the room, the large and heavy doors swung and closed themselves in a loud thump that made both of them to turn back. The light from the room has blinded them completely, making it impossible for neither Astra nor Adriel to see anything from inside of the room.

After about a minute of absolute silence and blinding light that although Astra has closed her eyes to, shoe could still feel it burning into her eyes.

“O you children of man, seat and I shall give you the knowledge you need to take the trial of the goddess of the sun, the priestess of the night and the queen of the city of Babylon.” A deep masculine voice that reverberates around the place in a down tone echo said, and all of a sudden, Astra felt her legs bending on their own and herself sitting on the floor.
