"In the past, were merpeople truly the guardians of this place?" Louis asked.

Benjamin, having seen that Louis had discovered so much, merely smiled.

His soul danced in the air, and he looked at Louis, saying, "Follow me."

Louis' soul followed Benjamin as they passed through ancient rooftops and flew over beautiful flocks of birds. The brilliant light shone upon them, making their souls glow amidst the world. Thousands of stars gathered within their souls.

Finally, they stopped at a beach.

This place was unlike any other beach. No tourists stopped to take pictures or groups of people returning from the sea. The beach was sealed off like a forbidden land, with banners everywhere saying, "Keep out!"
