After leaving Godesiel's shop, Galindus took him to all the bookstores and auction houses one by one.

Although Maxim described each place in general terms, he avoided some details, and Galindus presented a more detailed tour. Most of the stores focused on one particular element. Most of the stores he took William to had no trouble accommodating William's wishes, and by the end of the day they had collected as many books as possible. William's only regret was that he could not find a book with the wonderful effects he wanted.

Unfortunately, he had to agree with what Galindus said about that. "If you don't like any of it, you should try to make a spell yourself."

It sounded so simple, but both Galindus and William knew it was impossible. Creating spells was no easy task. It required genius, determination, and creativity beyond belief. William knew he had no problem with determination and creativity, but he did not have enough genius.
