Chapter 8 ─ Cheat Lord goes to the Royal Academy

Today was a special morning, it is because today is the start of chapter one of the game.

In the original game which was a dating simulator, there was no such thing as chapters, just the prologue and followed by the first day at the academy.

There was a total of one year's worth of days.

That was the length of the plot, but now that it became an eroge, they added more things.

First of all, the chapters are divided into three. The first is the arc of the principality, the second chapter of the republic and the third and final chapter is the empire.

These represent the three years of the academy.

There is a fourth chapter that happens after the third, it is of enjoying your harem with gratifying scenes of impregnating each of them.

That chapter is the one I'm least interested in for one reason only and that is...

His cheek-to-cheek smile was the sign that they could tease in his face the player if he wished, but this boy does not have the same smile from that game.

That was the excuse they used for the sons of nobles to enter.

The special class, in this class are the sons of knights. They will be the future of their homes and guardians of the security of the country. They will only be taught what is required and the other part of their time will be practice.

The scholarship class, the latter is where commoners who have passed a special examination are found.

They gather commoners with potential from different parts of the country.

With that explanation, before I knew it, we arrived at the entrance of the academy.

It is a huge place with a gate guarded by knights.

All very elegant and fine.

The carriages approached the entrance where they left the children of their employers at the foot of the gate. They were accompanied by servants.

It's a good thing Rose isn't here, otherwise she'd be mad.

Also, this part is some of the most boring in the game.

It's not that it's bad introduction to the Kingdom and the King, rather it's boring in the sense that I'm not interested since I know about the current situation too.

Then, after almost an hour of watching and listening to the teachers, came the big closing.

"And now, in closing, I ask you to please come up here."

"Let's give a round of applause for the crown prince, His Highness Sigurd von Brune-sama."

Everyone stood up to applaud, except Rei.

A handsome boy came up and all the teachers showed their respects.

The boy stood at the front and through an audio spell, said.

"Fellow students and teachers, it gives me a pleasure to be here present with you all. On this day I, Crown Prince Sigurd─"

As always, showing a big smile and eloquence to speak, but deep down he is probably bored like Rei.

He's not doing it of bad the prince, it's just boring this.

Hardly anyone paid attention.
