Chapter 212James was in Mrs. Lee's office, sorting through some documents. After the success of the court case, he had quickly resumed work. Chapter 213Mr. Sterling stormed through the halls of EMC, his face a mask of fury. Employees scattered out of his way, sensing the brewing storm. Without knocking, he barged into James' office, slamming the door behind him.James looked up from his desk, calmly raising an eyebrow. Chapter 214Lana was instructing her PA in the reception when she caught sight of James walking in. Without another word, she dismissed her assistant and almost ran towards James, a big smile spreading across her face. She hugged him tightly.“James!” She exclaimed as James hugged her back.“Congratulations on winning the lawsuit!” she exclaimed.James grinned and teased her, “You look like someone going on a date with the sun.”Lana laughed and playfully spanked him. “Oh, stop it, you flatterer!” she said, leading him towards her office.They reached her office, and Lana gestured for him to sit down. “Make yourself comfortable. Chapter 215Williams walked into the office and saw Lana standing close to James at her desk.When Lana saw him, she walked up to him, greeted him, and hugged him passionately. When he saw James, Williams turned around and smirked, deciding it was time to continue provoking him.“Leaving so soon, James?” Williams said with a snort, crossing his arms and leaning against the wall.James ignored him and walked towards the exit, brushing past Williams.
