CHAPTER 26

“My son is dead,” she said, Her tear gland was working fast.

She paused to take a breath, “It's been six months since I lost my son in a car accident. He was on his way back to school when I received a call that he was hit by a vehicle and they took his bag.”

Jason blinked twice after hearing those words, he glanced at Robert and Graham. Before shifting his gaze back to the lady.

Jason felt pity for the lady, his eyes were wide a bit in extreme shock. “If her son is dead then who is sending the email to the company?” He muttered inwardly.

His head was filled with several conflicting thoughts.

“We are sorry about your loss. Mrs. Josephine. Do you know anyone close to your son aside from you?”

“No, He was always alone with his laptop.” She said while using her handkerchief to dab her wet eyes.

“Laptop.”

“Can I see the laptop? Do you have it,” he asked politely.

“No, I don't have my son's laptop. It was inside his bag.”

“Can I see the picture of your son?” Jason asked.
