CHAPTER 45

Whilst Henry was walking down the street, he was tattered, and his hand bandaged. He has gone to a nearby pharmacy for treatment. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts at what happened to him, his footsteps echoing in the quiet evening air.

All he wanted was to get home and rest after what had happened to him earlier at the boutique.

As he rounded the corner to his house, a black Ford car pulled up beside him, its engine purring softly. The front door was opened and a guard walked outside with a black suit.

Henry was taken aback in shock seeing the hefty guard before him with a serious demeanor and determined face.

“Henry Watson” he Heard from behind, the tinted window rolling down with a man in his fifties seated inside.

Henry turned to see who called his name, he gazed at the man and he had no idea who he was and what he wanted from him. Henry glares at the guard standing in front of him.

He was planning on running, the road was lonely and if they should do anything to him no one
