CHAPTER 14

A piercing Silence filled the boardroom. No one could utter a word.

Jayden became uneasy, thinking it had to do with the fact that he probably spoke gibberish.

“I cannot imagine that we had such a bright idea and it was kept away from us for all these years…” Sir Thompson appraised with a robust smile.

“As much as I hate the fact that I am saying this, that was a fine presentation young man. I am impressed,” Lord Barrack added with a stern look on his face.

“This is a really top-notch idea and cannot be ignored. We have to look into it and accept it. I just hate that this came when Lord Benjamin is confined to medical observation. What a tragedy.”

Everyone had a thing to say about the presentation and it was all about commendation except the ones whose hearts were beginning to breed jealousy against Jayden; Hellena and Hardy.
