CHAPTER 11

The morning sun cast its golden rays on the walls of the luxurious room where Jayden and his bride, Medeia lay.

Her hair danced around in unison with the gentle breeze and Jayden could not help but admire how subtle her beauty was.

“Wake up sleepy head,” he whispered gently into her ears, nibbling them afterwards.

Medeia smiled and her eyes gradually fell open. She gazed at him with admiration and hope.

“How was your night?”

She nodded with a smile; her own way of saying fine.

The fact that her speech was impaired annoyed Jayden sometimes especially when he desperately needed to have long conversations with her.

“I could figure out something for your situation, Babe. Maybe a mechanical voice or something of sort to ease your stress of writing down anytime you need to speak to me.”

Her eyes widened with shock and she sat up straight on the mattress.

Her writing pad was beside her and she picked it up and began to scribble down something hastily.
