Desmond's heart raced as he watched Spider's movements closely, the tension in the air palpable. Helena stood beside him, her expression unreadable, as they faced off against the unpredictable threat before them. Spider was ready to make do with every threat. He looked at them and they reeked of fear.

Spider's laughter echoed through the warehouse, sending chills down everyone's spines. "You thought you could outsmart me? You're nothing but puppets in my game, dancing to my tune and you will follow my every command."

Desmond gritted his teeth, his fists clenched tightly. "We had a deal, Spider. Don't push your luck too far. Why not take the money? We are ready to offer you a substantial amount for that matter. Just take the offer."

Spider's grin widened, revealing his glistening golden teeth. "Oh, I'm just getting started, Desmond. You have no idea what I'm capable of. I need some cash but I also want a seat at the Gracehill table."
