CHAPTER 111

At Lola’s home.

Shiney was alone in the house. She was watching television, but her thoughts were elsewhere.

She did go to the hospital, but she couldn’t look at her sister being in such a terrible condition, so she came back to the house.

“Where are you, Jim? My parents think that you hurt Rena, but I don’t believe it. There’s just no way that’s the case,” she firmly believed in him. After all, even though she acted out of place and tried to take advantage of him many times, he didn’t get angry at her. He was too good and cool of a guy to let his current wife be in a coma and go elsewhere in Shiney’s opinion.

Shiney called his mobile, but again, she was getting the same response. “It’s still switched off.”

Her stomach was making a lot of noise, so she came downstairs to the kitchen. She opened the refrigerator, but there was nothing interesting to eat inside. She wanted to eat spicy food.

“Should I cook the noodles?” she wondered. “I’ve never made them myself, but I’ve seen Jim cook
