The mighty clash of Little Nightmare and Jim’s attacks created shockwaves that kept destroying very sturdy stone buildings. The people had to run for their lives, as the ongoing battle was too dangerous for them to be anywhere close. Even those who were hundreds of meters away could feel a strong wind pushing their bodies back.What’s more, Little Nightmare’s attacks were growing stronger by the seconds. She unleashed one flaming attack after another, not caring if people got caught up in her attacks.Jim could have deflected her attacks and saved his stamina, but because that’d cause more casualties, he had to block the attacks and take most of the force onto himself. Even after dozens of attacks, Little Nightmare was grinning. “Your defense is pretty solid. I’ll give you that, but I’m sure your ‘vivre’ reserves are already running out. She was very similar to Rena in terms of height and body structure. Jim’s heart was beating fast as the villains were talking about grouping together and ganging up on him. He was surely growing anxious, but he still clenched his fists with the resolve to face every enemy in the vicinity.A villain with a poison dagger sneaked up on Jim and tried to cut the back of his neck. It gives us strength, but at the same time, it also helps demons take a strong hold of us. If you try to resist them too much, they have the power to even kill you through the nanosystem.
