“Spider Web!”

A large web of light flew toward Jim insanely fast.

Jim didn’t try to dodge this time. He thrust his palm forth and created a vivre barrier which managed to stop the web, but the web began to melt into the barrier and weakened it.

“Crocodile’s Tail!”

Lovelace this time sent a whip-like attack that tried to blast its way through the barrier. And it did manage to break the barrier, but Jim already created another barrier.

“Lizard’s Tongue!”

She sent a thrusting attack this time, which broke the barrier, but then Jim caught the rope-like light that was quite hot. But his spiritual vivre helped his hand bear the heat. He pulled it, but all Lovelace had to do was let go of it.

“Haha, did you think I can’t let it go?” Lovelace amusedly chortled and then said, “Love Retention!”

The rope in Jim’s hands was forcibly pulled back to her, and not just that, but all the light in the neighborhood was sucked toward her, making her body glow. She looked like she was some sort of an alie
