When Jim fell out from the crack in the air, someone was waiting not far from where Doug and others were. This was a man who was ordered to watch Jim’s friends.

After seeing Jim, he couldn’t believe it.

“Unbelievable… How did it make it back alive? Does this mean he defeated White Maiden? This is big news!”

He ran his way back to Binnie’s hideout, and it was not a short distance.

At the hideout, the Nightmare Sisters and others were just sitting outside, while Binnie and Demon Dwarf were playing chess by the doorstep.

“I know you want White Maiden to die more than anyone else,” Demon Dwarf said. “But I was not expecting you to bet on a youngster who doesn’t even have a year’s worth of experience fighting real battles. Have you gotten that desperate?” He kicked two of her chess pieces out in a row. “You can’t win the marathon by hurrying.”

“I didn’t blindly bet on him,” Binnie retorted. “He’s someone you taught, after all.”

“Haha,” Demon Dwarf forced out a snicke
