Seemingly, the last floor of the Beast Dungeon was like an underground city, not in terms of the size but the sheer number of facilities that were available.There were hotels, inns, bars, restaurants, and so on.However, what shocked Jim and everyone was that most of the people living on the fourth floor were not humans.
