Chapter 15: It's Playtime

After the brief introduction, Jade, Jace, Layla, Emily and Curtis settled down on the woods Jade caught down earlier, They lightened a fire and sat next to the fire to stay warm as they chat and play with eachother.

" You know It has never been this fun since I was in the Vragon Clan, It's either my father is with the council elders or he is training my elder brother, Only my mom really has time for us since all this time "Jace said.

" Well you twins are lucky, My mother never has time for us, And my father has many wives to satisfy him everyday, Too many children and we are just one of those too many children " Emily said in a sad tone.

" Should I call my dad to wipe them out? " Jade asked, Emily and Curtis opened their eyes and mouth in shock of hearing those words from Jade.

" What do you meant by wipe them out? " Curtis asked.

" Well I could just tell my dad that your siblings insulted me and I want them annihilated, Eve the Emperor will be happy to do that, Then you can have your father all to yourselves "Jade explained and They nodded negatively.

" I thought think that there will be any need for wiping them out, Besides our father not paying us attention gives us enough privacy to do what we wants, We are here because he is still angry " Emily said.

" You don't say, So tell us, Why is your papa angry at you two? " Jade asked, Layla giggled as she listened and didn't bother to talk unless she wants to, She is just resting her head on Jade's shoulder.

" Well don't be angry If I should tell you this, Well my father is angry because of you Jade, Immediately he heard that you were with Emily, He freaked out and wanted to whip us but we swiftly escape and besides...We can fight " Curtis answered and Jace laughed out.

" What? The son of a village Chief compared to Drio James sons, Only a randomly low class warrior is enough to erase all the children of this Village out of Existence, We are just like an Assassin Clan " Jace stated.

" So have you killed someone before? " Curtis asked.

" I have killed birds and fowls before but not a mortal being like us, I have only watched my father execute someone and that's all, He says at the right time...I will learn how to execute offenders for the greater good " Jade answered.

" So how many people have your father killed? " Emily asked.

" I don't like the way things are going and I don't want to answer all this questions, Let's talk about my dad and perhaps he must have killed Hundreds of thousands in his lifetime, He is an Immortal "Jace said.

" Ok sorry Jade and Jace, It's just an harmless question and besides there are many cool stuffs that we can do, What about fishing? " Curtis asked and Jade nodded, They finished eating the rabbit they killed and roasted.

" What do you say Layla, Let's go fishing " Jade said, They started approaching the rivers nearby to fish when Jade halted, He sensed the presence of beings, Not one but many and they were everywhere.

" What happened Jade, Why did you stop? " Layla asked in a low tone, Jade sniffed the air and he positioned for battle, He might not be an excellent fighter right now but he is a strong willed boy, He watched his brother train.

They opened their mouths in shock after hearing a faint clap noise!

" Well well well, It looks like we have found you and your hiding place Emily and Curtis, And right now, We are going to deal with you and you won't eat anything for three days " They heard a voice from the Darkness.

" Father, Is that you? " Emily asked in fear.

The Village Chief slowly emerged from the Darkness of the woods, After his appearance followed by his warriors, They were all holding whips and spikes metal sticks to beat and Torment both Jade and James.

" Do you all always undergo this manner of Torment and torture? This is absurd " Jace said out loud, He clenched his fists in anger as he stared at the smirking Village Chief, He always hate children torturers.

" Yes, this is how he always matreats us whenever the Princess appears but we still manage to talk to her, Sorry for not telling us that we are always tortured and tormented by our father " Emily said as she glared at Jade who smiled.

" Well that's not a big problem, Don't be angry if your father has to die if things becomes far more intense "Jade said and Curtis nodded, He smiled and he called the attention of the Village Chief to him.

" Hey Emily's Dad, What kind of a man would matreats his children for something useless as this cause, because of another man's son you would want to give your children scars, You irritates me " Jade voiced out.

" Oh what a big mouthed boy, Well after I am done with them...I will come for you twins and then I will kill you Princess Layla, You have caused so much pains to us already Princess...You won't escape them " The Village Chief said.

" Hmph, now you gotta have to die " Jace stated.

" What a worthless pieces of trash, Get them and bound them with the ropes " The Village Chief ordered, The warriors charged at the youngsters with full force, They were armed with ropes and spiky spears.

Jade could be seen dodging their attacks without stress, Emily and Curtis were running in the front because of they are too scared, Jade swiftly pushed Layla out of way and he got hit by the spikes instead.

Jade groaned as he lifted Layla up and they continued to run, He caused rocks to rise and he directed it at the men, Warriors fell down after the heavy rocks encounter and they rised up immediately but they were still hurt.

Jace did a stunning front flip and he grabbed Layla and he lifted her up to tall tree, He touched her and he teleported her back to the Castle before returning back to the woods were they are still running.

" Jace!!!! "

" Brother, What? "

" Where did you take Layla to? Is she in the Palace back? " Jade asked and Jace nodded, Not that Layla isn't powerful or skillful, She is not that physically prepared for a battle, Jade turned and face the incoming warriors.

" Secure Emily and Curtis in a safe place while I will deal with this morons " Jade stated, The ground that he stepped on that freezing, Jade directed ice which froze some warriors of the Village.

" You don't know what you have done to yourself already, The Village is doomed to fall now " Jade said, He created fire balls and blast it at the warriors, Trees caught burn as a result of the attack and Jace supersped and knocked down three warriors.

Jace was about to supersped again when he received a sword slash on his back, Jace groaned and he fell down weakly on the floor, Jade shouted out in anger as he rushed to were his twin brother is.

" JACE!!!!! "

" You will pay for this, I promise you " Jade veered with so much anger causing through his veins, The Village Chief slowly walked up to Jade with victory smiles on his face, He raised his sword up in victory to strike.

" I sure am going to pay for this and why don't we make this the last day you two spoiled brats will see me again, Be gone " The Village Chief said and he brought down his sword to strike when he welcomed an unknown attack.

The Village Chief crashed down on the ground with his stomach gushing out bloods, He turned back to see Craig standing before him with smiles on his face, He looked down to see Craig's sword dripping with bloods.

" And who are you? " The Village Chief asked in shock, Both Emily and Curtis hid behind a tree as they watched.

" Well my name is Craig Vragon, Son of Drio James and Heir to the Vragon Clan, Above all...I am the brother of this two that you are about and I will say this, I am impressed by your courage Village Chief of the Yirioashi Village " Craig answered.

" Another Vragon, You Vragons are merciless beasts who needs to be destroyed and exspounged, Argggggghhhhhh " The Village Chief said amidst the pains he bared, He couldn't move at all.

" And I will say that you are right " Craig said.

" Huh? " 

" You are right because this will be the last time he will ever see you alive, It's your time to Begone " Craig stated and with one strike, He beheaded the Chief without mercy, Emily Shivered in fear and Craig sensed it.

" Oh this Chief has Children who has been watching everything, I guess I will just kill them too " Craig said and Jade stopped him, After so much bleeding... Craig decided to spare them and he lifted Jace and they both vanished into the palace.

" Jace, What happened? " James asked in shock, They all appeared inside the throne room were all the Drios are seated, The Emperor couldn't believe his shock as he saw the state of Jace who is stabbed.

" They were attacked by the Village Chief of Yirioashi Village down there, Don't worry to beheaded him already and I just want you to see this before he heals up " Craig said and James took Jace into his hands.

" How did you? "

" Oh don't worry, I was just training my abilities when I sensed their energies were getting weaker that's when I decided to interfere after witnessing Jace injury, You need to train them Father " Craig answered.

" Very well then son and now to you all, Prepare the warriors...We are going to Yirioashi Village and I am going to turn that Village into dusts, None of those commoners will survive!! "
