Later that night after Eric and Ben had left, Jed tossed around the hospital bed. For some reason, he couldn't sleep.

Finally, he got tired of turning around so he just laid straight, his head facing the dark ceiling.

Just as he was about to call out to Vendetta, the crisp sound of his phone filled the room.

He pondered if he should answer it or not. But then, his fingers already swiped the answer button.

"Hello," An older masculine voice spoke through the phone. "Is this Mr Jedidiah Jetti?"

"Yes," Jed curiously answered.

"This is Mr Skye," The caller answered and then waited for Jed to speak. He certainly didn't expect what the lad said next.
