CH180: A Murder Witness
"Sir," the Uber driver cried out tearfully. His eyes widened with fear. He was looking at the rear view mirror.

Jed groaned slightly and caressed his forehead which had a slight bump. He looked up just in time to see a mini truck headed right for them.

It was at full speed rushing towards them with the aim of crashing into them.

Jed didn't know where the strength came from but he stood slightly crooked and grabbed the gear.

Vroom!

The car jerked back to life and at the last minute, Jed swerved the steering wheel and the car got out of the way, missing the truck narrowly.

Bang!

It still got hit and the occupants of the car jolted forward again.

"Sir," The Uber driver was in shock. He couldn't even react.

"Get out of the car," Jed reached out with great difficulty and quickly tried to remove his seat belt. He could see the truck was reversing obviously to hit them again since it failed.
