Jimmy woke up in the middle of the night from a scorching pain in on his left side. It felt as if something was burning him, or even cutting into his skin.Not able to bear the excruciating pain anymore, Jimmy got out of bed and went to the bathroom, there he lifted his shirt and saw that his skin was blistered and red from what looked like a brand mark in the shape of a crescent moon.Jimmy ran his wash cloth under cold water and gingerly placed it against his skin, but that only seemed to make the pain worse.The raven flew in after waking up and hearing him whimpering.‘’Are you ok, master?’’‘’No bird, I don’t know what this is.’’‘’This bird’s name is Fritz, and I don’t think that is a good sign.
