Chapter 30: Esteemed Man of Your Status!

The manager approached Joe Cole and greeted him.

“Good evening, sir. I am Frank Kerry and I am the manager of this prestigious establishment.”

“Prestigious establishment! Let him know, good sir!” Jake said out and everyone burst into laughter, laughing at his mocking comment on Joe Cole.

The manager allowed the laughter and interruption from Jake to die down and then continued with Joe Cole.

“I sincerely want to apologize to you, sir, for all the inconveniences and embarrassment brought to you tonight. On behalf of this prestigious establishment, I deeply apologize to you.”

The students were stunned by the manager's apology, he wasn't directing it to the right person.

“Mr. Manager or Frank Kerry, right?” Robert called him out, “You are apologizing to the wrong person. The party host whom you should be apologizing to is over here.” He said, pointing to Jake as the one the manager should be apologizing to.

The students began their murmuring and grumbling again, wondering what was wrong
