The secretary closed the door behind her. Then, she proceeded forward. Soon, she drew close enough.

"This is the coffee, sir!" She placed it on his desk.

"Okay… thank you!" He said, taking the coffee.

The secretary thought her duty was done, she wanted to be going, but he signaled to her that she should wait.

He drank a little from the coffee, then returned it on his table.

"I don't see the new documents that you said I need to sign," he said to her.

"Oh! I thought I brought it. Have you checked your drawer?" She asked him.

"Okay… let me check that," Franklin replied to her. He checked the drawer at once. He brought out a bundle of file.

"Thank you. I have seen it," he said to her.

"You welcome. I will be in my office. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to let me know," she said to him.

"No problem! Hope you have sorted the files so that I can know the one with contract?" He asked her.
