Josh looked through the files he had on his table. 'There is still quite a lot of files here. How do I get to sign them all before evening!' Josh was in thought.

He glanced at them again, he felt so lazy about it. 'Let me just analyse how this new project would go.'

He picked a paper that was of no use on his table. The paper had been lying fallow for a long time. Now is the time to make the paper useful.

He picked up the pen he had on the table and started drafting out the cost of his new plan, from the construction to many other things that are necessary for the ongoing plan to be a success.

Many minutes later, he was done with his analyses. The estimate was a little bit huge but the money was actually nothing to Josh. It was a change and he would pay within a flinch of an eye.

'Now, who is capable for this job to ensure perfect and on time delivery!' Josh thought about it for few minutes.

There was no ideas forth coming. He knew he can't just give the contract to anybody. Anybody w
