Year 2012

His stepmother sneered at him with a distasteful looking in her emotionless eyes.

Deciding to be ignorant, Viana returned even more furiously from her room.

At the top of the stairs they argued, disappearing into Louisiana's room, "You will break up with Antonio this instant!"

Her mother said through gritted teeth, "I love him."

"You're Thirteen Viana. You don't know what love is." Her mother argued.

"Neither do you! We all know you don't love Augustine."

The slap that followed the statement made him catch his breath. This wasn't a great moment to piss off Viana further.

Viana reappeared at the top of the stairs, a tray in hand with her mother's favorite tea set.

Her hands were trembling in suppressed fury.

A bright red mark on her face, evidence of the resounding slap.

Greg smirked and made a snarky comment, "You got a little red on your cheek."

She shot him a straggling glare, and he snickered.

Her eyes fell on Aries, much to his horror, an awful smirk on her lips.
