Aries pretended not to notice the papers. "Evening, my darling. You look especially dashing tonight."

She took an impatient breath, crossing the distance between them. "Please sign the papers for the divorce."

He shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest. He looked at her, holding her stare.

"I'm not divorcing you Leilani." He said without the slightest hint of humour.

An annoyed look crossed her divine features. "We've talked about this already, Aries. Please don't make this hard for me."

"No, you talked about this but didn't ask for my opinion, Leilani...."

"Which is?" She cut in with holding her anger

His eyes roamed her face, her beautiful blonde hair splayed over her shoulders, her blue eyes sparkling with annoyance and the defiant, stubborn tilt of her chin "I love you Leilani." His fingers caressed her cheek and she closed her eyes to gain her composure.

"Love isn't enough, Aries..... I married and fell in love with a man I do not know, that I blame myself, but could you
