The first time ever, Michael felt how hard it was in negotiation. Though the legendary last name Eswaranski had turned twenty thousand dollars into something more realistic than just a daydream, it's still a dangerous investment.

Thirty percent was high and safe enough for both investor and the project manager, right?

Thinking so, Michael asked. “So, you mean 40% would be better?”
