Chapter 130: Oh Ye of Little Faith!

The news of Damon's plan was already reaching the right people and the reactions coming in were not funny. Everyone was concerned about his plot and how much they felt it was wrong. The first he had to deal with was President Balbano himself who still didn't buy the idea.

Balbano came to Damon in his suite at the Presidential Villa to discuss the matter with him again with the hopes that he might persuade Damon to change his mind.

“I understand how badly you want to resolve this situation and how much you've been working on doing that since you came, but I can't help it. I must ask you,” President Balbano, sitting opposite the Prince said out to him, “Are you letting Ambassador Barnes get into your head?”

He asked the question because of how the Ambassador was pushing the situation with Damon at their last meeting and how Damon rashly brought up this risky plan. He felt somehow that the Ambassador may have triggered that move in Damon, probably because Damon felt like he wasn't doing
