Cain’s words were like a bomb dropping onto Applebee’s head as she blanked visibly in shock. Her eyes were glazed over, a clear indication of her inability to process her brother’s words.

Finally, when she could react again, Applebee immediately demanded, “What did you just say, brother? You’ve met our father?!”

Applebee’s voice was higher by an octave as she screamed at Cain, which drew the attention of the other patrons to their table. Reacting quickly, Applebee blushed because of the commotion she created. She immediately lowered her head and avoid everybody’s gaze until they finally stopped paying attention to their corner of the bar.

Meanwhile, Cain was cleaning his ear with a finger while complaining, “Woman, can’t you be quieter and not scream at me all of a sudden? My eardrums are about to burst.”

Hearing this, Applebee gushed red with anger. She kicked Cain’s foot from under the table.

“Ouch!” Cain squealed.

“What did you do that for?”

Arran wasn’t in any mood to humor Velar or play tentative mind games with him. He directly asked, “What do you want?”To this, Velar hesitated for a moment before replying.“Don’t misunderstand, Prince Arran. I really do not want anything from you. I’m just here to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant and memorable as possible. That is all I am tasked with doing.”“Really? Is that all your liberation faction really wants? Is it because I am too young that you don’t take me seriously?” Arran asked with a deceitful smile on his handsome face.Velar returned Arran's smile with a humble one of his own. He said, “I do not know what you’ve heard about our faction, but say what you may about us. We are never forceful in our methods, nor do we overlook any potential source of help to our cause. So no, we do not look down on you because of how young you are. We just feel you are not ready to be of any help to us, which is why we only want to build a good relationship with you for now.”“

Since his breakthrough, there had always been an air of arrogance and mischievousness around him, but now that had suddenly changed this morning.Arran seemed to notice this sudden change and was surprised. He stood up from the bed and looked himself over in front of the mirror. Arran tried to gauge his mentality that morning and compare it to the way he was yesterday, and he immediately spotted the difference.“It looks like the negative influence that affected my mentality after breaking through has suddenly been resolved and my mental state has improved.”“This is incredible! Vice Dean Hubert had his concerns, but they didn’t worry Arran at all. Having made his decision, Arran was not about to change his mind suddenly. He was dead set on helping the sisters by having them as his royal retainers.Still, Arran had to comfort the Vice Dean’s worries at least, so he said, “It’s alright, Dean Hubert. I’ve already decided and I won’t change my mind but If it’s of any consolation, the sisters are very talented so it shouldn’t be a problem to have them as my retainers, right?”What else could Vice Dean Hubert say? He naturally knew about the siblings and how talented they were. Without a doubt, they were indeed worthy to become royal retainers for a royal heir. The Vice Dean said nothing else and Arran quickly turned around, heading to the stairs.“We shouldn’t keep our guests waiting, so let’s head down and greet them, then we can carry on with what needs to be done.”As Arran walked, Vice Dean Hubert followed behind and was even more surprised. • Kingsman Return   Heart Of The Sanctuary… Elysium

The core of the inner world was not in the very center of the world. Instead, it was located in an inconspicuous place just outside the city's limits where Arran stayed. It didn’t take long for the group to arrive at their destination at all. This was a simple forest with giant trees providing dense coverage for wildlife to inhabit. There was a large clearing in the middle of the forest in which a crystal clear lake stood. The waters of the lake were serene and a peaceful aura spread across the surroundings along with the morning calls of night cicadas, signally the beginning of a bright new dawn.Arran and his entourage stopped in front of the lake. As it was his first time here, Arran observed the lake, which exuded tranquility and calm, seeming to have the power to assuage one of all their worries. The effect of calming one’s worries was very impressive. “Elysium! This is the legendary Elysium I’ve heard so much about?”Arran was first startled by the discovery before he finally came to his senses and looked around. The legendary Elysium was a place Arran had heard so much about ever since he joined the Aeth and it was also the most mysterious place he knew of so far.Not much was known about this sanctuary to the outside world other than the fact that previous generations of Aeth rulers and those who had made significant accomplishments and contributions to the civilization were secluded in this place waiting for the time when the Aeth would face an unimaginable horror or were on the verge of destruction. At that time, these ancient ancestors would once again rise up to contribute their strength to the race and preserve its eternal rule.Over the years, many rulers and prestigious geniuses of their generation had entered Elysium to begin their seclusion and strive for immortality, and not many people had come out, which is why not mu

“How should we proceed?” After understanding the origin of the Akashic record, Arran didn’t want to waste any more time. He quickly asked for what he was to do next. “Next, you have to gain access to the Akashic record personally and leave an imprint of yourself in it. This imprint will serve as a kind of authority. With this authority, all your deeds from this point on will be actively recorded canonically in the Akashic record.” Hearing this, Arran did not immediately take action. Instead, he asked, “Is that all?” “Yes, that’s all.” Vice Dean Hubert said. “Once you’ve done that, I will take over from there and officially appoint you as the first heir and crown prince to the air seat of authority of the Aeth civilization.” “Oh, so that’s how this works.
