A few hours had gone past since Sadie won her first bidding war. Currently, it was already approaching the day cycle station time. This is the time when most people would still be resting in bed but in the main area of the station and, more precisely, the auction house, various activities were still going on and the place was lit up like it was daytime. This was a place that never slept, no matter the time of day, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life continued.
On the 500th floor, the central island was still as bright as ever and the huge projection board still displayed numerous items that were being placed for auction. Even at this time, bids were still being placed and people were still on the lookout for treasures to make a profit from.
Somewhere on the 500th floor, in a dark corner that was of the ocean that was not as brightly lit as the rest of the floor, there was a medium-sized island floating silently on the surface of the sea. There were no lights sho
Arran gave up on searching for Trapp and the others on the small island. Instead, he quickly sent a message to Trapp asking him of their whereabouts."Where are you guys? I just came out now and didn't find anybody on the island. Are you all this having fun outside? don't you need to rest?"After sending the message, Arran waited for a reply. It didn't take long before he got a reply from Trapp."You're out? How was it... did you make any gains? Forget it. I will hear from you when we meet up.""I am currently together with Sadie and John. We are at the battle arena outside the auction house. You can meet us here if you want. Just take the teleportation hub and you'll be sent here directly. I'll send you our room number in a bit so you can come if you feel like it. Alright, I've got to go... I'm busy right now, so let's chat when you come over."Trapp's message ended on that note and Arran didn't hear from him or the others again. This didn't matte
In a brightly lit street on the central island of the 500th floor of the auction house... Arran was currently standing in front of a stall that was selling brightly colored stone, each giving off a faint trace of essence energy. these stones shone with a multicolored light like a kaleidoscope. They were exceptionally beautiful and mesmerizing, and the stones drew a large crowd who were attracted to them to the stall. These stones were called burning rainbow stones, and they were a kind of energy stones that were rarely found in the universe. The burning rainbow stones were not very valuable, even if they were rare. It didn't exactly have a powerful effect that could be used, nor did it provide many benefits to others. The energy in the burning rainbow stones could not be absorbed and since the energy in it was too little, it could not be used to set of formations or arrays or serve as an energy source for machines. In the end, the burning rainbow stones were sim
Arran was surprised when he heard the man's words, and he looked at him in shock. After recovering, Arran took another look at the man and observed him very closely.Arran never expected to meet somebody that knew his father out here in the universe, and he was beginning to believe that this man might indeed be a Kingsman. He was probably a Kingsman from his father's generation or from the later generations. The reason Arran was almost sure of this is that till now, the identity of Arran's parents had not yet been released to the public and neither was Arran's exact identity known to anybody at all.Although it was easy to guess who Arran's father was judging from the fact that there can only be one Kingsman in every generation and ever since the incident four hundred years ago there have been no more Kingsmen born in the Nero Kingsman family... with Arran suddenly appearing and the other Kingsmen of the other families for this generation being born already, Arr
Arran took a few steps back as he looked at the man with a shocked expression while pointing a finger at him with his jaw dropping to the ground. His actions were very exaggerated and caught the attention of everybody in the street, causing them to turn around and look at the duo. Still, this only went to show just how much shock Arran was in.Finally, Arran managed to calm down. Knowing that he had successfully pulled a lot of attention to himself, Arran forced himself not to react in any way and he approached the man while lowering his head. When the people that were watching saw that nothing was going to happen between the two of them, they quickly went back to doing their own things as they minded their business. Finally, not many people were watching Arran and the man anymore, although there were still a few people paying attention to them. They were mostly the people that were gathered near the stall selling the blazing rainbow stones. At this momen

When Arran heard rocky's words, he evaded his gaze for a moment as he replied, "Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I disappeared for a few days before suddenly appearing here. I didn't intend to suddenly be thrust into the universe, so this is actually an unplanned trip for me?" Arran thought for a brief moment before deciding to answer like this. He could have decided to tell rocky the truth about how he had ended up here and his identity, but he decided against it after a thought. It wasn't that Arran didn't believe that rocky was his brother... no, Arran believed that there were probably a lot of ways to disguise oneself as another person but it should be virtually impossible to disguise the bloodline resonance that he currently felt with rocky. not to mention that rocky was somebody he had never met before, so disguising himself as his brother was not a wise option. Arran was sure rocky was once of his father's offspring and was thus his brother. The reason h
"Yes, I understand," Arran replied happily to rocky."I definitely won't take more than two days to do what I need to do. After that, I'll be gone from here and head back to the Aeth.""It's good you understand," rocky said."But don't be happy just yet... I still need to make sure that you're going to be safe during these two days and also make sure that you keep your promise.""First of all, leave me a way to contact you," rocky instructed.Arran did not dally, and he quickly copied out his communicator's code so that rocky could reach him.Upon receiving it, rocky quickly saved it before operating his own communicator and sending something to Arran. As he worked, rocky explained to Arran, "I'm sending you a message right now. You will find my communicators code which you can use to reach me in case you need anything in the future. I am also sending you the code that you can use to join the chat room that is formed by all of our sib
Arran listened to rocky's instructions and memorized everything he said. After he said everything he wanted to say, rocky finally sighed before he stopped and looked at Arran. there was a strange look in rocky's eyes as he hesitated for a while longer before shaking his head and then turning around. When rocky turned around, he whispered softly... his voice traveling to Arran's ears as he said, "honestly, I'm still of a mind to directly restrain you and send you off to the Aeth so that you wouldn't be my problem anymore. But we do not have a habit of cuddling others in our family, so I am going to leave you to your own devices. Just don't forget your promise. In two days, I won't even wait for you and I am going to make a call back home to get somebody to come to pick you up. Don't forget that."after saying those final words, rocky started leaving...Arran watched silently as Rocky's figure blended into the crowd and vanished. There was a strange emotion in his
