Bernard’s injury hadn’t fully healed. But it didn’t hinder his combat ability anymore. Charging head first at the decadent horror, Bernard once more engaged it head-on.

This time, none of the others stood on the sidelines. Now that they knew who their enemy was, they had to deal with it accordingly.

Not much was known about decadent horrors so there was no way to tailor a strategy directly targeting it. I’m that case, the best way was to attack directly and deal with things as they went.

So far, from the beginning of the battle till now, about 20 minutes have already passed. The Wellington’s had not yet joined in the battle and Arran’s group of four didn’t know what was holding them up. But it didn’t matter. They would still have to face it head-on.
