The meeting with the council members ran on until very late into the night. All thirteen members of the royal council and Arran discussed the next course of action after Arran’s appointment. By the time Arran arrived in his room, he was dead tired and quickly slumped into bed before dozing off into unconsciousness.

The next morning…

Arran woke with a frown on his face. On a very rare occasion, the morning sunlight managed to peek out of the thick clouds and decided to shine strongly on Arran’s face through his open window and interrupting his slumber.

Arran tossed and turned on his bed, wanting to return to his dreams, to no avail. Finally, he annoyingly groaned and got up from the bed. Glancing outside the window at the bright ray of sunshine, Arran gave it the finger in disgruntlement, showing no princely qualities in doing so.

Feeling better, Arran prepared to tackle the day ahead.

Just as he took his first step of the day, Arran froze. There was another update in the Akashic Recor

“You two don’t have to be like that when you’re around me. You can just relax and treat me just like you always did. I don’t mind.”Arran felt weird about the way Renee and Daphne treated him. It was a bit much for their attitude towards him to suddenly shift so much and he was not used to it.Renee and Daphne looked at each other before raising their heads. They were visibly relieved that Arran’s attitude towards them didn’t change and he still treated them like usual. With no worries, Renee said, “Thank you. In that case, is there anything you need from us this morning?”Arran shook his head in denial. He said, “Nothing. I just wanted to come and see how you both are doing. I know a lot has happened in such a short time and you may not be used to it so I was concerned.”The sisters were moved. Arran’s words reminded them of how he was towards Brianna during the chosen ceremony. Back then, Brianna was very weak compared to Renee and Daphne. The two of them would never have spared her

Inside the room, Arran entered. There were already seven occupants present. Arran’s eyes swept through the lot of them unfriendly in search of the one that had just spoken. With a single glance, Arran took in the faces of everybody in the room and a look of surprise crossed his face. Among the seven, Arran was surprised to find he actually recognized a few of them. On the left side of the room, a group of three people sat together in what was an obvious separation from the others. Among these three, Arran recognized all of them from the chosen ceremony that took place five years ago. They were participants who had made it to the contest's final round. That is why Arran could still remember them, even now. One of them was Joyner Wellington. He was the unfortunate person who had faced off against a corrupted Carrum during the second round and got defeated, much to the surprise of everybody watching. Back then, Arran had been particularly interested in the fight and had watched the ba

Although Arran was looking to fight, he didn’t do anything immediately. Instead, he turned away from the young man, ignoring him completely.Facing the others, Arran said, “I really am sorry to be late. I was truly held up by something. I hope I didn’t keep you waiting too long.”Bernard felt a line grow taut in his head, ready to snap at any moment. His nerves were frayed to the extreme and Arran’s total disregard of him almost caused him to lose his mind.Overcome by rage, Bernard frowned deeply and walked out of his spot. He approached Arran with heavy steps, his foot resounding loudly in the mostly empty room.Coming face to face with Arran, Bernard, who was enraged, spoke grimly.“Hey, I’m talking to you. Are you deaf or what?”Bernard was the young man who had spoken rudely to Arran previously. Just as expected, he suddenly became hostile after being ignored, which was what Arran wanted. Now he would have no qualms about retaliating later.Sneering, Arran finally stared Bernard

The room was silent. Deadness pervaded the air in an uncomfortable stillness like the approach of impending doom long foretold. Only the sight of Arran and the others sitting side by side assuaged the gloom and barrenness of the room. There were eight people in total in the room, including Arran. Among them, seven of them were seated, while one remained standing before them like an authoritative figure. He was the oldest looking among them, appearing in his late twenties, and was the one who had previously put a stop to the altercation that could have possibly taken place between Bernard and Beatrice. With the young man in the lead, everybody finally got around to having an effective communication between themselves. “Since we are all here, let’s get straight down to business, shall we? First of all, let’s ignore what happened before and start again by introducing ourselves. I’m sure some of you might already know each other but for the sake of those who don't, we will still do it.

  • Kingsman Return   Onward To The Lower Realms 2

Arran and the group left the planet that morning silently. Nobody knew of their departure nor where they were headed except the council members, not even the members of the group themselves knew exactly where their destination was… none except Arran, that is.When Arran heard mention of the Milky Way galaxy, his first thought was of planet Earth where he’d spent the first half of his life in. Unless there was another Milky Way galaxy in the universe that was also located in the lower realms, then the only place they could be headed was none other than Earth. It made sense when you thought of it. If they were investigating the traces of where Arran’s parents had been, then the first place to start was the planet they had been marooned on after leaving the Void realm. That was Earth. Why did Arran and his parents show up on Earth exactly?Of all the places in the universe, why was it that planet in particular? There was nothing special about planet Earth. It was a planet located in the

Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong. The space within the void fissure was just that… a literal void where nothing existed but the vast expanse of space. But the stability of this void was seriously compromised allowing for multiple fractures in space and time to open up in the surrounding void. Due to the force of the vacuum that pulled arran and Poltergeist into the void fissure, the two of them were barreling through this space uncontrollably without the ability to stabilize themselves. Arran was too weak at the moment after having all his strength drained from him while releasing the Earth’s World Will. As for Poltergeist, she was also weakened. This was because she

The awakening of the world's will of earth was not something Arran had ever expected much less that its awakening would have to do with him. It was then that Arran realized the cause of everything. In Arran’s hand, Soran lay there quietly, no longer trembling as before as if it had gone to slumber. But when Arran thought of how everything that just happened was all because of it, Arran was shocked beyond belief. Arran thought that he already understood what Soran was capable of yet only now did he know that he was yet to scratch the surface of all of Soran’s capabilities. Soran’s ability, Triumph, granted Arran the means to win. Before Arran thought it only made it so that he could meet his enemies power blow for blow regardless of the difference in the realm. But what if there was a situation where Arran was up against an opponent whose gap in the realm was impossible to cross logically? For instance, how would Soran ensure Arran’s victory if he was up against a god as a mere mort

It was Kasack’s greatest trump card one that he was reluctant to ever use. Yet at this moment, In the face of death, Kasack unleashed this power knowing full well the repercussions of his action.
