Arran's group has already finished harvesting and gathering the herbs and the spiritual plant found in the small valley.

Right now they were making their way to the next destination on their agenda which was the dire beast forest, specifically the place where a lot of high-class dire beast was said to be congregating.

Because they had taken a detour by first going into the plains west of the dire beast forest they were actually very close to the place where they were headed but they had no idea that their group was not the only one who had set their sights on this particular stretch of the forest.

Either way, even if they had lost a lot of time in hunting the golden fleece bighorn ram, they were not very far behind the other group and it could even be said that Arran's group had had a more fruitful trip than the other group since apart from catching the golden fleece bighorn ram as well as obtaining the entire herd of bighorn rams, Arran's group had also unexpec

As it turned out, the culprit of the entire commotion turned out to be a small and petite girl that was swinging a massive hammer everywhere as she battled two dire beasts together. One of the dire beasts was a five-meter tall bear that had massive claws, massive teeth, and generally very massive proportions. The fur on the bear was a deep black that shone with a kind of luster that resembled obsidian and as it moved and swiped with its massive arms, as its muscles flexed, a lot of its power sent columns of wind everywhere it aimed at. That was not all, as it seemed to also possess iron-like skin that gave it a powerful defense that was unlike that of the golden fleece bighorn ram that was from its unique talent of gathering essence energy into its body to buff up its defense. In the case of the bear, its defense came directly from its powerful physique and its defense did not lose out at all to that of the golden fleece bighorn ram. The other dire beast was a kind of large snake th

Arran had never met Clyde before so what could cause him to have the intention to cause harm to him.It was only when Charmy shook

  • Kingsman Return   Vanna

Vanna had just finished her battle against the obsidian strong-armed bear and green-backed foraging giant snake and as expected it was a resounding victory on her part.Just like it was with the pack of dire wolves, the two dire beasts after having suffered the brutality of Vanna's mighty hammer were left with not a single piece of flesh intact. even the strong and sturdy rock-hard body of the obsidian strong-armed bear did not escape from being ravaged under the might of Vanna's hammer. This was a testament to Vanna's violence in combat and her total lack of regard to the objective of the current assessment which was to gather enough resources that would earn herself and her group the points that they would need to pass the assessment.Naturally, in order to acquire points to pass, the quality and quantity of the resources acquired as well as their overall state of being when retrieved would determine the number of points awarded. But looking at the totally rav

The tone of voice that Clyde used to speak to Eris was one that showed a total lack of respect that he was otherwise trying to come across as.Naturally this pissed of Eris and her group but for the sake of peace and also because they truly did not want to have anybody sabotaging their efforts during the assessment, none of Arran's group said anything at all.Besides, it was not like they could not work with Clyde at all just because he was disrespectful and bore clear misgivings against one of their group members. Like they say it was better to keep your friends close and your enemies closer. With that mentality in mind, Eris ignored Clyde's offense and instead said, "Well then we do have to talk about this issue. Seeing as both our groups are headed in the same direction then our objective is most likely the same.""Well, then how are we going to go about things so that we do not get in each other's way?"Arran and the rest of his group all nodde

Clyde could see that every one of them did not seem to be against Eris's suggestion and even seemed to look forward to it very much. This made Clyde cautious as it seemed that Eris's group really had something to rely on.Still, no matter how much Clyde racked his brain to come up with any possible explanation to their confidence, he could not come up with anything. but that did not stop him from refusing to agree to Eris's suggestion. The way he saw it, it did not matter what it was that Eris and her group were relying on, so far as they had a burden like Arran but still wanted to go up against him, then he would gladly accommodate them.

Arran was sucked away into the void fissure which closed immediately after, but not before Poltergeist had managed to latch onto his thigh for whatever reason. Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong. The space within the void fissure was just that… a literal void where nothing existed but the vast expanse of space. But the stability of this void was seriously compromised allowing for multiple fractures in space and time to open up in the surrounding void. Due to the force of the vacuum that pulled arran and Poltergeist into the void fissure, the two of them were barreling through this space uncontrollably without the ability to stabilize themselves. Arran was too weak at the moment after having all his strength drained from him while releasing the Earth’s World Will. As for Poltergeist, she was also weakened. This was because she

    World Will

The awakening of the world's will of earth was not something Arran had ever expected much less that its awakening would have to do with him. It was then that Arran realized the cause of everything. In Arran’s hand, Soran lay there quietly, no longer trembling as before as if it had gone to slumber. But when Arran thought of how everything that just happened was all because of it, Arran was shocked beyond belief. Arran thought that he already understood what Soran was capable of yet only now did he know that he was yet to scratch the surface of all of Soran’s capabilities. Soran’s ability, Triumph, granted Arran the means to win. Before Arran thought it only made it so that he could meet his enemies power blow for blow regardless of the difference in the realm. But what if there was a situation where Arran was up against an opponent whose gap in the realm was impossible to cross logically? For instance, how would Soran ensure Arran’s victory if he was up against a god as a mere mort

Even more surprised, Arran looked around swiftly but he couldn’t find anybody around him. Then he thought of something and turned back to look at Soran who continued to tremble in the air. It was the strongest legacy left behind by the old one which could not be inherited directly. This power was only meant to be used at the critical time of the conflict with the Aeth civilization. It was Kasack’s greatest trump card one that he was reluctant to ever use. Yet at this moment, In the face of death, Kasack unleashed this power knowing full well the repercussions of his action. Moan! Following Kasack’s mad ravings, a loud wailing moan echoed throughout the surroundings sounding like an old machine shutting down or large gears slowly going still. Kasack was sent flying after being hit by Arran. His chest was sunken and bloodied from the barrage of staff thrusts delivered to him and a mouth full of blood burst from Kasack’s mouth. Kasack was severely damaged, his injuries extremely grevious. But the most severe blow done to Kasack was the blow to his mind and ego. Despite everything, despite all the preparations and plans he had made, Kasack still hadn’t succeeded in killing Arran, yet it was he who was left battered and on the brink of death once again. This thought, Kasack could not bear it. His previous shame which he had hidden beneath a well of anger and rage resurfaced once more, bursting onto the surface like an erupting volcano. Aaaahhhhhh! Kasack didn’t know who was screaming so desperately. In his daze, he heard a voice filled with fury and indignation.
