"Hehe!" Trapp chuckled humorously as he saw Arran's incredulous look. Then he said to Arran.

"Listen, I will be quick. I never said there would only be one kind of limiter placed on each species in the universe. In fact, there could be different kinds of limiters. For mortals, the gene lock on the body is just one of the most common kinds of limiters."

"But there is another very common kind of limiter that mortals have. In a sense, this kind of limiter and the gene lock are usually both present on mortals at the same time. This limiter is known as the mind block limiter."

"From its name, it is easy to guess that it is a limiter placed in the mind of mortals. The function of this limiter is to block out the amount of information that mortals can perceive, thus preventing them from prying into the secrets of the universe and understanding its laws."
