The tension between Eris and Arran grew even more palpable as they stood in uncomfortable silence.

In the end, Arran could not bear it anymore, so he quickly broke the silence by inviting Eris to sit down. He figured that instead of standing and feeling uncomfortable, they might as well sit down first.

The room Arran was assigned to was very small. There were only the bare necessities in it. Just a single small bed, a small bathroom, and somewhere to hang his uniform and suit. Other than that there was no other furniture in the room, so if they were to sit down It would have to be on the bed.
