"Hahaha!"

Suddenly, wild bursts of laughter resounded throughout the entire venue of the chosen ceremony.

The voice was loud and reverberating and although the venue of the chosen ceremony was an open one that faced the clear sky, this voice seemed to echo into the surroundings without being lost to the wind.

The one who was laughing was Shade Lord Scholler and the manner in which he did it seemed very condescending and full of ridicule.

Shade Lord Scholler continued to laugh unreservedly for a full minute before he finally stopped.

After stopping, he trained his eyes on Councilman Homer, who had a frosty expression on his face.

The overbearing aura that surrounded Councilman Homer after his previous declaration was no longer present. Instead, because of Shade Lord Scholler's unbridled laughter that completely disregarded him, Councilman Homer's aura was filled with awkwardness.

Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong. The space within the void fissure was just that… a literal void where nothing existed but the vast expanse of space. But the stability of this void was seriously compromised allowing for multiple fractures in space and time to open up in the surrounding void.
