During the time that Bryon and Aku The Demon as well as the others of their own generation were in conflict with each other, the battle between Arran and Paul and Jerry had not stopped for even a second.
At this time Arran was still using psychological warfare against Paul and Jerry and he had just finished explaining to them how he had incited Winston to lose his cool before the battle which ultimately led to his defeat.
Why was Arran taking the time to explain all this to his opponents?
Well, this was part of the plan.
By explaining his previous actions to Paul and Jerry, Arran hoped to reduce their vigilance of him or at the very least shift their focus onto another thing. In this way by the time Arran finally unleashed his finishing move, Paul and Jerry would not be able to react in time.
