Reflection

Arran walked leisurely through the hallway of the main command ship overseeing the mission area he was assigned to. Other people occupied the wide hallway with him, moving in groups of twos and threes.

But Arran ignored them, his attention not focused on his surroundings, but on something else entirely.

It has been a very long time since the mission to capture the enemy cruiser happened and many hours had passed since it ended.

Arran was back safely on the ship along with the other cadets and soldiers, among whom were a few enemy fighters who surrendered after their cruiser exploded and their leaders were captured.

Right now, the main command ship was still anchored in the region as they tried to clean up the battlefield.

At the same time, they still kept watching over the surrounding region of space in order to intercept another enemy ship fleeing through this area.
