Complicated as she felt, Brianna was not selfish. She may not care for others as much as she cared for herself, but to her friends, Brianna was always honest with them. After pulling herself out of her complicated mood, Brianna finally spoke to Arran.

“Aren’t you going to go over?” Brianna asked.

Seeing as Arran did not respond, she continued, “It’s calling out to you, isn’t it?”

Arran nodded.

“Then what are you waiting for? Go over and claim what is yours. For it to have come all this way for you, it must have felt lonely without you. How much longer are you going to keep it waiting?”

As if she had spoken the magic words, a light suddenly lit up in Arran's dazed eyes as he stared at the embryo on the stage. Then, with rapid but steady steps, Arran moved.

Arran vaulted over the guest stand, jumping from above to the ground below. Landing strongly on his feet, Arran walked to the main stage.
