Just like he said, they only had two minutes to break out of the trap and three more to escape before the ship self-destructed. Arran suddenly jumped out of the spaceship, not giving anybody the chance to stop him. In a panic, a few cadets jumped after him, hoping to save him. Although it was possible to survive in the void of space, the cadets hadn’t reached that level, so they were still very vulnerable to cosmic radiation and other hostile elements of space.The rest of the cadets soon followed through, as they didn’t have a choice. Staying on the ship meant being blown up.
