Third Elimination Round... Start

An hour had passed and the second elimination round was officially over.

The small field where the participants who had cleared the second elimination round to rest was filled and all the pavilions were occupied. Counting roughly, the participants who had advanced to this stage numbered to about close to two thousand, and they were distributed individually throughout the various participants.

These participants were either resting or eating the pills or delicacies so as to replenish their strength and stamina.

Most of these participants had arrived in fairly good condition and they had not been very injured or exhausted when they had arrived, but there were some among the later participants who had been severely exhausted or injured when they had arrived in this field. Through these people, one could guess just how brutal and harrowing the competition had been at the end of the elimination round.
