Renee did not answer Arran immediately. Instead, she turned towards a corner of the pit and started making her way over there.
Arran watched what Renee was doing. That was when he realized that Renee was actually walking towards the pile of ashes that belonged to the undead knight.
Arran was confused.
He didn't know what Renee wanted to do with those pile of ashes.
Suddenly, as Renee reached the pile of ashes, she suddenly did something that baffled Arran leaving him speechless.
Renee, after coming to a stop in front of the pile of ashes squatted down before digging her fingers into it.
This action was one that left Arran stunned and astonished.
He couldn't believe that Renee was actually going through the ashes of a dead creature.

Hello everyone, it's your favorite author here. So this is where this book will be ending for now. The story is not over for Arran and his companions. There are many more adventures to share with everybody. But I decided to end this book here because I felt that it had reached a mature point and it was time to evolve the story to something more. From the sequel book onwards, it will no longer just be a story about a boy searching for answers alone but Arran will be accompanied by other main characters from my other stories. Arran was sucked away into the void fissure which closed immediately after, but not before Poltergeist had managed to latch onto his thigh for whatever reason.
