Conrad exclaimed loudly as he pointed at Arran.
His hands were shaking and there was an indescribable expression on his face while looked at Arran, almost as if he had seen a ghost.
Conrad was not the only one with such an incredulous expression. His two lackeys also looked like they had just been fed a bowl of steaming hot feces as their faces were twisted into a ferocious frown. As for Brianna, she was looking more confused than shocked as she could not understand what it was about Arran that made Conrad so surprised.
At this point, the pressure on Brianna's body had disappeared and she could not move freely but she was still standing in place looking at Arran, Conrad, and his lackeys.

Hello everyone, it's your favorite author here. So this is where this book will be ending for now. The story is not over for Arran and his companions. There are many more adventures to share with everybody. But I decided to end this book here because I felt that it had reached a mature point and it was time to evolve the story to something more. From the sequel book onwards, it will no longer just be a story about a boy searching for answers alone but Arran will be accompanied by other main characters from my other stories. So for those who haven't read any of my other stories, you should really give it a try. Arran was sucked away into the void fissure which closed immediately after, but not before Poltergeist had managed to latch onto his thigh for whatever reason. Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong.
