Joe got face to face with Lecter. Lecter has been a throne for him and was getting way too close to his business.

“You better back up away from me.” Lecter told Joe, giving him the death stare.

“Why should I get away from you? You have been butting into my business for far too long and I had enough of you. You have been causing me so much frustration lately.” Joe explained to him.

“The reason why I am cautious of you is because you are trying to use cloning rings. That is not acceptable and I will not let you use them.” Lecter said.

“You will never have these clone rings. I created them because they will help make the future better and humanity need them.” Joe said, trying to defend the clone rings.

“You do not know anything about how damaging these clone rings will be. Humanity will never be ready for this. It will ruin the world than improve it.” Lecter said.

“You do not know what you are talking about. You should show respect to me and these clone rings.” Joe said, getting even
